It is really unfortunate when people compare a small business to a big brand box store. Especially one who doesn't pay their employees a living wage. Our highest paid employee makes over $21 an hour. We also offer our employees full benefits. That is just one of the the big differences between our business and the big store you just compared us to. We are a small family fun business, if you cannot understand how much that costs us to operate and make sure we care for our employees, then I believe you are better off going to Dollar Tree next time.

We also import majority of our candy for mixes from the UK, Sweden, Holland and so on. So, no, you would not be able to buy all the items in our mix from Dollar Tree. I also would like you to keep in mind we are a Canadian store, we don't know what would be available in your stores or any of our customers local stores for that matter.

We are not over priced, we stand by our costs because we know what our worth and our employees worth is. If it is out of your budget, that is okay, and as I said you are welcome to go to your local store and buy from them instead. However, please consider what you're saying next time you compare a small business, to a big box store. Obviously they are going to have better prices on products. However, people who choose to support small business understand the value in it, especially since we contribute more to our local economies then that of a large business.
