EVENT ORDER INFORMATION:
These bags are roughly 15-20g each
Purchase 25 Units or more and receive a free custom label for each packet.
OR
Purchase 50 Units or more and receive a free custom label, up to 2 custom colours, and 1 custom flavour. Please keep in mind that labels on the bags are only 2" in size. Please also keep in mind we do our best to match your colour choices, but we cannot guarantee they will be exact. Please be sure to send us colour swatches for better accuracy if needed. More than 2 custom colours requires an extra charge. If you have 3 colours for your event, we can colour the labels to match as well. ie. 2 colours for the CANDY-GRAMS and the third colour for the label.
Please keep in mind that if you do not purchase 50 Units you will receive our regular freeze dried Fruity Crunchies without a custom colour or flavour attached.
How does adding a custom colour and label work? Simply place your order and contact us directly after with your order number and colours you require and your event date. Please DO NOT rely on just using the order notes section for your custom order. You MUST contact us after. We have hundreds of orders processing each week and this helps us stay on top of custom event orders. We cannot be held liable for any delays or missed events if you do not contact us through our contact form in the bottom right hand corner of your screen. No refunds will be given due to missing an event date if you did not contact us. We will contact you back within 24-48hrs (business days only) with a list of current flavours we can do for you. When adding a colour, please note we cannot do Tarty Crunchies. However, we can add citric to make them sour if you’d like.
Event orders need an average of 2-3 weeks to full-fill depending on the time of year, high demand season, and any product delays when it comes to our suppliers. If you need to rush order, please be sure to email us via the contact form prior to ordering. We try our best to prioritize wholesale/event orders but we are a small business with many other options on our store and other customers.
